Welcome to American Elite. When registering for classes, please understand that your Monthly Tuition only secures your child’s spot in a class, not your child’s attendance in that class.
Only registered participants, class trials, and official make-ups will be allowed in class. All participants must have a completed Liability Waiver and Release Form on file before they will be allowed to participate in any class.
Our Annual Registration Fee is due January 1st of each year and is valid through December 31st of that year.
Tuition is due on or before the first day of each session. Notices will be put up in the gym reminding parents of tuition deadlines. If tuition is paid after the 10th of the month it is considered late and will be assessed a $15 late fee.
Once registered, you will automatically be enrolled in each subsequent session. To terminate enrollment, simply complete a “Withdrawal Form” and turn it into our office one week prior to the first day of the following session.
If a “Withdrawal Form” is not received, your child is still considered registered for class, a spot will be held in the following session, and you will be responsible for that sessions’ tuition.
To have your tuition automatically deducted from your credit card each session, simply fill out an AutoPay Form. Customers using this service will receive a $10 discount off their total tuition bill. Your account will be charged approximately one week before the start of each session. To terminate this service, simply notify the office in writing or follow our withdrawal process.
American Elite reserves the right to deny make-up classes to any student not in good standing. Only one make-up class per session will be permitted.
Students must present a Make-Up Certificate to participate in class. Certificates are valid for up to two weeks after the missed class. Certificates will be granted only after a class is missed. Call or stop by the office to schedule a make-up and receive a certificate.
Any child not enrolled in a class who shows up to the class to do a make-up without a certificate will not be permitted to participate in a class.
American Elite reserves the right to deny proration, reimbursement, or crediting tuition due to missed classes, midmonth drops, or failure to follow withdrawal policy. No make-up classes will be permitted for Developmental and Competitive team classes.
